Seminar 3 (EXCHANGE REGULATIONS) : 14th, 15th and 16th April 2021, Taking BLOCKCHAIN technology into account in the development of banking, financial, insurance activities and payment systems in Central Africa: Techniques, Rules, Tools for use and risk avoidance in the CAEMC context.

Objectives :

• Enable participants to master the possibilities of using Blockchain technology to finance their activities in compliance with the regulations in force in CAEMC;
• Provide them with the tools to detect and avoid the risks of infringements of foreign exchange regulations, regulations of credit institutions, payment institutions and financial service providers, etc…;
• Enable them to understand the techniques for taking into account Blokchain technology in carrying out their banking, financial, insurance and payroll activities applicable in Cameroon and CAEMC.
• Give them the tools to effectively manage disputes and sanctions related to the use of Bitcoin, cryptomoney or cryptocurrency;
• Etc.
